Bouteille was born from a simple idea: that wine should be shared, not studied. In 2024, five friends — each with a different background but the same conviction — opened a small bar in Stockel with a hand-picked selection and a menu built around what's good right now.

Our wines come from small, independent producers across Europe — people who farm with care and make wines that taste like somewhere. Our food is seasonal, simple, and made to share. We believe in the carbonnade as much as the cru.
